Brief thoughts: Yoga on the Northern Beaches
It’s a privilege to live and practise yoga on the Northern Beaches.
We are surrounded by beautiful ocean beaches to the east, bush on the ridge that forms a spine-like north/south plateau , and the drowned river valley that forms Pittwater on the western side of the peninsula. Looking west, the backdrop is Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, an area of natural bush with Aboriginal art, walking tracks, and waterfalls.
Perfect for meditation, or to practise yoga in natural surroundings.
Or inside, the Avalon Yoga Co-op studio is a beautiful light bright airy space. In spring the jacarandas are spectacular, a wonderful outlook onto the abundance of our world.
